A lot of people assume that to achieve a great stomach they have to do thousands of situps. #WRONG . Having great-looking defined abs takes time, dedicated training, cardio and eating clean meals. YES ALL THESE YOU NEED TO DO AND MAINTAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️ . ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพThe first step that you need to do is to start cleaning up your diet. It’s important to cut out fried foods, sugars, refined and processed foods, alcohol, and even dairy. Start eating more natural foods like vegetables, fruits, protein (chicken, turkey fish, beef, eggs etc) lentils, brown rice, whole grain breads, nuts, and drinking lots of lots of water. If you don’t have time to prep your meals, I suggest you to use a meal delivery company. @athleticsfitmiami has been making my life so much easier with their healthy meals ๐Ÿฅ˜ Not having time to cook can not be an excuse anymore!!!! . ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพAnother important key is doing CARDIO!!!
